高校将“五育融合”育人理念融入“一站式”学生社区建设，可有效强化学生社区在价值引导、文化浸润、素质培育等维度的育人效能。“五育融合”蕴含全人教育、浸润教育、协同教育的价值内涵，通过构建制度保障体系推进多元主体协同，融入多维育人要素以增强平台服务功能，整合目标导向机制以优化资源配置效能，形成具有系统性和持续性的育人实践模式。这一模式实现了学生社区育人场域的提质增效，在提升实践育人实效性的同时，为构建“三全育人”体系提供创新路径。

By integrating the educational concept of "integration of five educations" into the construction of "one-stop" student community in colleges, the educational effectiveness of the student community in terms of value guidance, cultural immersion, and quality cultivation can be effectively strengthened. "Integration of five educations" embodies the value connotations of holistic education, immersive education, and collaborative education. Through the construction of a system guarantee system to promote the collaboration of multiple entities, integrating multi-dimensional educational elements to enhance the platform's service function, and integrating goal-oriented mechanisms to optimize resource allocation efficiency, this model forms a systematic and continuous practical education model. This model realizes the improvement and efficiency enhancement of the educational field of the student community, while enhancing the effectiveness of practical education and providing an innovative path for the construction of the "three-wide education" system.
