当前，高校师生在意识形态领域总体呈现积极健康、正向发展的态势。但在“两个大局”背景下，意识形态领域面临的机遇和挑战前所未有，呈现更多复杂性与不确定性，既存在校外输入性风险，也有校内误导性风险和师生自身性风险。高校党委务必担负起意识形态工作主体责任，针对校外输入性风险，坚持抓协同与补短板相结合；针对校内误导性风险，坚持树导向与建制度相结合；针对师生自身性风险，坚持重监管与善斗争相结合。

Nowadays, the ideology of teachers and students in colleges and universities is generally positive, healthy and developing in a sound direction. However, under the backdrop of the Two Overall Situations, the ideological sphere is confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, which are characterized by greater complexity and uncertainty. Risks in this regard include not only external imported risks, but also misleading risks on campus and endogenous risks among teachers and students themselves. Party committees in colleges and universities must shoulder the primary responsibility for ideological work. In response to external imported risks, efforts should be made to combine coordination with weak areas improvement; in response to internal misleading risks, to integrate orientation guidance with institution building; and in response to endogenous risks among teachers and students, to attach equal importance to supervision and effective struggle.
