为适应新质生产力发展需要，职业教育承担着培养拔尖创新技术技能人才的重要使命。当前，拔尖人才培养在纵向贯通与横向融通方面仍面临系统性挑战。文章梳理省域职教拔尖人才贯通培养逻辑，探索技术技能领域拔尖人才的核心素养结构、能力成长阶段特征以及尊重不同类型职教拔尖人才成长差异性诉求的实践路径，旨在构建良好的职教拔尖人才培养生态，为省域职业教育改革提供可操作的实践模式，推动职教拔尖人才培养取得实效，助力区域产业高质量发展。

To meet the demands of the development of new quality productivity, vocational education shoulders the significant mission of cultivating outstanding innovative technical and skilled talents. However, the current cultivation of outstanding talents still faces systematic challenges in terms of vertical integration and horizontal integration. By sorting out the logic of the vertical and horizontal integration of outstanding talent cultivation in the provincial vocational education system, exploring the core quality structure, ability growth stage characteristics of outstanding talents in the technical and skilled field, as well as the practical paths that respect the growth differences of different types of outstanding vocational talents, a favorable environment and atmosphere for the cultivation of outstanding vocational talents can be created. This will provide an operational practical model for the reform of provincial vocational education, promote the effective cultivation of outstanding vocational talents, and contribute to the high-quality development of regional industries.
