职业教育在推动新质生产力发展中具有不可替代的作用。职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的使命主要体现在以下方面：职业教育通过培养高素质技能型人才，提升劳动者的生产力水平；职业教育促进技术创新和产业升级，推动企业和产业的发展；职业教育推动区域经济发展，增强区域经济的竞争力和可持续发展能力；职业教育支持产业转型升级，推动传统产业向高附加值、高技术含量方向发展。职业教育赋能新质生产力发展面临着专业设置与产业需求的匹配度不足、师资力量不足且质量参差不齐、社会认同度和吸引力不足等挑战。为此，文章提出加强职业教育与产业深度融合、提升师资队伍建设、建立健全评价体系和管理机制等对策建议。

Vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of new quality productivity. The mission of vocational education to empower the development of new quality productivity is mainly reflected in the following aspects: vocational education improves the productivity level of workers by cultivating high-quality skilled talents; vocational education promotes technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and promotes the development of enterprises and industries; vocational education promotes regional economic development and enhances the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of regional economy; vocational education supports industrial transformation and upgrading, and promotes the development of traditional industries in the direction of high value-added and high-tech content. vocational education empowers the development of new quality productivity, facing the insufficient matching degree between the curriculum of vocational education and the needs of the industry. the teaching staff of vocational education is insufficient and of uneven quality; challenges such as the lack of social recognition and attractiveness of vocational education. To this end, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the deep integration of vocational education and industry, improving the construction of teachers, and establishing and improving the evaluation system and management mechanism.
