中华优秀传统文化是中华民族数千年来积淀的精神基石与实践智慧，为高校辅导员育人工作提供了丰富的资源滋养。将其融入育人实践，是新时代辅导员落实立德树人根本任务、坚定大学生文化自信与责任担当的重要举措。文章引入情感教育理论，从学生主体视角出发，提出中华优秀传统文化融入辅导员育人工作的实践路径：多维度增强情动感受，提升文化认同感；多形式丰富情感体验，提升文化理解力；多平台深化情感表达，提升文化输出力。通过对融合育人的现实意义、发展现状、以情感教育理论为指导的实践路径进行深入研究，旨在为青年学生理解文化内涵、践行文化行为、坚定文化自信提供可操作的优化方案。

The outstanding traditional Chinese culture, which has been formed over thousands of years,serves as the spiritual foundation and practical wisdom of the Chinese nation, providing rich resources and nourishment for counselors to educate and cultivate students. Integrating the outstanding traditional Chinese culture into the practice of student education is an important measure for counselors in the new era to implement the concept of moral education and enhance college students' cultural confidence and sense of responsibility. This paper introduces the theory of emotional education and, from the perspective of students, proposes practical paths for integrating the outstanding traditional Chinese culture into counselors' education: enhancing emotional perception in multiple dimensions to increase cultural identity; enriching emotional experience in various forms to improve cultural understanding; deepening emotional expression through multiple platforms to enhance cultural output.Through in-depth research on the practical significance, current development status, and practical paths guided by the theory of emotional education of integrating the outstanding traditional Chinese culture into student education in colleges and universities, this paper provides an optimized solution for young students to understand cultural connotations, practice cultural behaviors, and strengthen cultural confidence.
