随着生活水平提高，家庭经济困难学生对物质需求的紧迫性降低，对全面发展的诉求更为迫切。根据时代和国家发展的需要，把握资助工作的“精准性、发展性、长效性”，紧密对接困难学生的发展型需求，将五育融入资助育人工作体系，构建以“细心、耐心、恒心、爱心”为支撑，以“济困、增智、励志、铸魂”为路径的分层有序、螺旋式上升的发展型资助育人格局，打造发展型资助育人新模式，推动学生资助工作高质量发展。

With the improvement of national living standards, the urgency of material demand among students from financially disadvantaged families has decreased, while their demand for all-round development has become more prominent. In accordance with the needs of the times and national development, this study adheres to the principles of "precision, developmental orientation and long-term effectiveness" for student financial aid work, closely aligns with the developmental needs of students from disadvantaged families, and integrates the five education domains into the financial aid and education system. This study constructs a hierarchical, orderly and spiraling-upward development-oriented financial aid and education pattern supported by "meticulousness, patience, perseverance and compassion", with the path of "alleviating poverty, enhancing competence, inspiring ambition, and forging soul", so as to establish a new development-oriented financial aid and education model and promote the high-quality development of student financial aid work.
