襄阳职业技术学院学报

作为荆楚文化发祥地、汉水文化核心区，襄阳拥有深厚历史文化底蕴和丰富文学资源，近年来推进文学高峰攀登计划，培育作家队伍，取得一定成效。但襄阳文学面临政策碎片化、人才断层化、题材同质化、传播低效化、评价滞后性五大困境，与同类城市存在明显差距。文章结合调研与先进经验，提出政策创新、人才培育、创作升级、传播革新、生态优化五大突破路径，旨在构建全链条文学生态，推动襄阳文学高质量发展。

As the birthplace of Jingchu culture and the core area of Hanshui culture, Xiangyang has profound historical and cultural heritage and rich literary resources. In recent years, it has promoted the Literary Peak Climbing Plan, cultivated a team of writers, and achieved certain results. However, at present, Xiangyang's literature is in a stage of plateau stagnation, facing five major dilemmas: fragmented policies, talent gap,homogeneous themes, inefficient communication, and backward evaluation, which is significantly different from similar cities. Based on research and advanced experience, this paper proposes five breakthrough paths: policy innovation, talent cultivation, creation upgrading, communication innovation, and ecological optimization, aiming to build a full-chain literary ecosystem and promote Xiangyang's literature high-quality development.
