襄阳职业技术学院学报

文章立足新时代职业院校党外代表人士的党性教育工作，深入分析该群体特殊性与党性教育现状。针对传统党性教育形式单一、实效性差等问题，提出应结合党史与中国革命史，将红色基因赓续与工匠精神培育紧密结合，把提升党外代表人士的政治认同和履职能力放在首位，构建沉浸体验式、专业融合式及数字交互式等多样化教育形式，为推动职业教育高质量发展贡献统战力量。

Based on the party spirit education for non-Party representatives in vocational colleges in the new era, this paper deeply analyzes the group particularities of non-Party representatives in vocational colleges and the current situation of their party spirit education. Aiming at the problems of single form and poor effectiveness of traditional party spirit education, combined with the history of the Party and the history of China's revolution, this paper closely integrates the inheritance of red genes with the cultivation of craftsman spirit, prioritizes improving the political identity and performance capacity of non-Party representatives, and proposes to construct diversified educational forms such as immersive experiential, professional integrated and digital interactive forms, so as to contribute united front forces to promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
