工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,医学技术类专业实施工学结合十分必要。在口腔医学技术专业实施"项目导向、工学交融"的人才培养模式,人才培养质量和效率明显提高,这种模式可以在其他专业推广。这种教学改革还具有导向课程建设、促进"双师"结构教学团队建设、实现校企合作双方利益最大化等重要意义。在教学中要注意理论获取与技能发展的有效兼顾。

The work-study integration is an important revolutionary way of training model on higher vocational education. It is very necessary to implement work-study integration in stomatology technology major.The model of project guiding and work-study integration will improve the quality and efficiency of talent training and can be promoted to other major. It has the important role of guiding course construction, training teachers,maximizing the interest of colleges and hospitals. We must pay attention to both theory teaching and skill training.
