襄阳职业技术学院学报

教育部系统推进高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设，要求将思政教育贯通课堂教学、实践活动与学校治理全过程。实际运行中，高职院校“一站式”学生社区仍面临信息化支撑不足、管理理念转型不彻底、育人队伍专业能力有待提升、制度机制不健全等现实困境，制约了社区育人功能的充分发挥。针对上述问题，文章以长江职业学院为例，采用案例分析与实践总结相结合的方法，系统梳理其“一站式”学生社区建设的探索实践，从数字化平台赋能、党委领导下的协同治理、学生自治与舆情监控等方面，总结形成信息技术、制度机制与学生主体相结合的育人路径。

The Ministry of Education has systematically promoted the construction of the "one-stop" student community comprehensive management model in colleges, requiring that ideological and political education be integrated into the entire process of classroom teaching, practical activities, and school governance.In actual operation, the "one-stop" student community in higher vocational colleges still faces practical difficulties such as insufficient information technology support, incomplete transformation of management concepts, the need for improvement in the professional ability of the education team, and incomplete institutional mechanisms, which restrict the full play of the community's educational function. In response to these problems,this article takes Changjiang Vocational College as an example and uses a combination of case analysis and practical summary methods to systematically sort out its exploration and practice of the "one-stop" student community construction. It summarizes and forms an education path combining information technology,institutional mechanisms, and student subjects from aspects such as empowerment by digital platforms,collaborative governance under the leadership of the Party committee, student self-governance and public opinion monitoring.
