目的了解老年护理方向护生人文关怀能力现状,并探讨其影响因素,旨在提升其整体的人文关怀能力。方法采用一般人口资料调查表、护理人文关怀能力评价量表对115名老年护理方向护生进行问卷调查。结果老年护理方向护生人文关怀能力CAI总分为(180.41±23.02)分,处于中等水平,大二老年护理方向护生的人文关怀能力优于大一学生,对老年护理感兴趣的护生在人文关怀能力的认知维度表现良好。本研究发现影响学生人文关怀能力的主要因素为教师的关爱和不同的年级。结论老年护理方向护生人文关怀能力尚待提高。学校需重视老年护理方向护生的人文关怀能力培养,建设和谐师生关系,因材施教,提升其人文关怀素质。
Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of geriatric nursing students, and to explore the influencing factors, aiming to improve their overall humanistic care ability. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 115 nursing students in geriatric nursing by using the general population data questionnaire and the nursing caring ability inventory.ResultThe total score of caring ability inventory of nursing students in the geriatric nursing is(180.41±23.02) points, which is in the middle level. This study found that the main factors affecting the caring ability inventory of nursing students are the care of teachers and different grades. Conclusion The humanistic care ability of geriatric nursing students in the colleges needs to be improved.Collegesneed to pay attention to the cultivation of the humanistic care ability of nursing students in the senior vocational nursing field, build a harmonious teacher-student relationship, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and improve their humanistic care quality.
