襄阳职业技术学院学报

文章以襄阳市为研究对象，探讨城市更新背景下韧性社区构建路径。襄阳市作为汉江生态经济带中心城市，在社区更新中取得功能升级与文化传承双赢成效，但也面临物理空间与基础设施韧性不足、组织治理体系有短板、文化心理韧性滞后、经济生态韧性不协调等问题。研究从空间设施、治理体系、文化心理、经济生态四维度提出对策，包括强化空间韧性、优化治理机制、培育文化心理韧性、构建经济生态协同等，为襄阳推动社区从“改造式更新”向“生长式进化”提供思路，也为全国韧性社区建设提供传统与现代融合的样本。

Taking Xiangyang City as a case study, this paper explores pathways for building resilient communities within the context of urban renewal. As a central city in the Hanjiang Ecological Economic Belt, Xiangyang has achieved a win-win outcome of functional upgrading and cultural preservation in its community renewal efforts. However, it still faces challenges such as insufficient resilience in physical spaces and infrastructure, deficiencies in the organizational governance system, lagging cultural and psychological resilience, and imbalances between economic and ecological resilience. The study proposes countermeasures from four dimensions—spatial facilities, governance systems, cultural psychology, and economic ecology—including enhancing spatial resilience, optimizing governance mechanisms, fostering cultural and psychological resilience, and promoting economic-ecological synergy and so on. These measures provide insights for Xiangyang to transition communities from "reconstruction-oriented renewal" to "growth-oriented evolution," while also offering a model that integrates tradition and modernity for resilient community development nationwide.
