“三教”改革是推动新时期职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,而教师队伍建设是落实“三教”改革的核心。作为改革的关键力量,“双师型”教师的培养与“三教”改革目标具有高度一致性。当前,高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设仍面临培养体系不完善、管理机制不健全、师德师能提升路径较单一、考核评价制度滞后等问题。文章以“三教”改革为契机,结合高职教育教学实践,探究上述问题的解决路径,旨在为优化“双师型”教师队伍建设提供理论参考与实践依据。
Abstract:The "Three-Education" reform serves as a crucial initiative to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, with the construction of the teaching staff being central to its implementation. As a key driving force in the reform, the cultivation of "dual-qualified" teachers aligns closely with the objectives of the "Three-Education Reform". Currently, the development of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges still encounters challenges such as an underdeveloped training system, inadequate management mechanisms, limited pathways for enhancing professional ethics and teaching competence, and outdated evaluation systems. Taking the "Three-Education Reform" as an opportunity, this study integrates teaching practices in higher vocational education to explore solutions to the aforementioned issues, aiming to offer theoretical insights and practical references for optimizing the development of "dual-qualified" teaching staff.
