襄阳职业技术学院作为教育部、卫生部第一批卓越医生教育培养计划项目试点高校,立足于襄阳市区域县乡基层卫生人才的需求,创新"121"的助理全科医生培养模式,着眼长远,形成较为完整和完善的培养体系,使乡村基层卫生人才培养成为一个持续递进的过程,旨在解决紧缺人才培养的局限性和短视性,促进"3+2"助理全科人才培养的有效性和可持续性发展。
Abstract:"Strengthening the construction of grass-roots medical and health service system and general practitioners" is the basis for the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy, in which the rural grass-roots health talent team is the key to solve the short board of China's medical and health development. In 2012, as a pilot college of the first batch of excellent doctor education and training program of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, based on the needs of grass-roots health talents in counties and townships in Xiangyang City, with nearly ten years of exploration and practice, it innovated the "121" training mode of assistant general practitioners, focused on the long term, and formed a relatively complete and perfect training system, which makes the training of rural grass-roots health talents a continuous and progressive process, aims to solve the limitations and shortsightedness of the training of scarce talents, and makes an exploration on the effectiveness and sustainable development of the training of "3+2" assistant general practitioners.
