目的 探究盐酸氨溴索在慢性支气管炎患者中的临床应用效果。方法 将2021年1月至2022年12月在襄阳职业技术学院附属医院接受治疗的188例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，分别对比两组患者临床症状改善时间、治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能指标、治疗前后生活质量评分以及不良反应的发生率。结果 治疗后，观察组临床症状改善时间显著快于对照组，临床效果显著高于对照组，肺功能各项指标显著优于对照组，生活质量评分显著高于对照组，临床并发症的发生率远低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性支气管炎患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗，能够有效改善患者临床症状，提升肺功能，优化生活质量，降低临床并发症的发生，效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 188 patients with chronic bronchitis who received treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang polytechnic from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given ambroxol hydrochloride, and the control group was given conventional treatment. The improvement time of clinical symptoms, therapeutic effect, pulmonary function index before and after treatment, quality of life score before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group, the clinical effect was significantly higher than that in the control group, the pulmonary function index was significantly better than that in the control group, the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of clinical complications was much lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride can effectively improve clinical symptoms, enhance lung function, optimize quality of life and reduce the occurrence of clinical complications in patients with chronic bronchitis.
