文章通过调研分析智能制造企业产业转型升级下,机器人职业岗位(群)所需知识、能力、素质的要求,定位专业人才培养目标,确定人才培养模式,以典型工作任务为载体,将理论教学、实践教学、专业社团、素质拓展有机融合,并融入相关职业资格标准和企业岗位任职要求,按照"能力递进"培养的原则,构建了专业课程层面的通用能力、特殊能力和综合能力的工业机器人技术专业课程体系。
Abstract:Through investigation and analysis of the requirements of knowledge, ability and quality for robotic professional posts(groups) under the industrial transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing enterprises, the author locates the training objectives of professional talents, determines the training mode of talents, takes typical tasks as the carrier, integrates theory teaching, practice teaching,professional associations and quality development organically, and integrates them into relevant professional qualification standards. According to the principle of "ability progressive" training, the course system of industrial robotics technology specialty with general ability, special ability and comprehensive ability at the level of professional curriculum is constructed.
