襄阳职业技术学院学报

在产教融合、科教融汇的政策导向下，现代产业学院成为职业教育改革的重要载体，亦是新双高建设中“产教融合高质量”核心目标的关键落地平台。针对涉农高校产业学院因农业产业特殊性所面临的多元主体合作动力不足、运行机制不畅等困境，文章深入剖析其发展瓶颈，基于共生理论，构建产业学院多元主体“对称性互利互惠”运行机制与“一体两翼、三维共生、六共联动”的人才培养模式，为涉农高校培养服务区域产业的高技能人才提供实践路径。

Under the policy guidance of integrating industry and education, and integrating science and education, modern industry colleges have become an important carrier for vocational education reform, and also a key implementation platform for the core goal of "high-quality integration of industry and education" in the new double first-class construction. In response to the difficulties faced by agricultural-related universities' industry colleges due to the particularity of the agricultural industry, such as insufficient cooperation motivation among multiple entities and inefficient operation mechanisms, this article deeply analyzes the development bottlenecks and, based on the theory of symbiosis, constructs a "symmetrical mutual benefit and reciprocity" operation mechanism for multiple entities in industry colleges and a "one body with two wings, three-dimensional symbiosis, and six-party coordinated linkage" talent cultivation model, providing a practical path for agricultural-related universities to cultivate highly skilled talents serving regional industries.
