“职教出海”战略下鲁班工坊“双语双师型”师资队伍建设研究

摘要:

在“职教出海”战略背景下,鲁班工坊建设亟须既精通专业教学又能熟练运用外语的复合型师资。文章基于EPIP(工程实践创新项目)与CLIL(内容与语言整合学习)教学模式,构建涵盖专业教学、双语运用、跨文化沟通及专业发展四个维度的“双语双师型”教师核心素养体系,并明确相应建设目标。在此基础上,提出以项目引领巩固实践教学能力、以双语融合锤炼专业授课能力、以跨文化适应拓展教学应变能力、以持续反思激发教师自主发展能力的系统化培养路径。该方案为鲁班工坊师资队伍建设提供了较为完整的理论框架与实践参照。

Abstract:

Under the background of the "Vocational Education Going Global" strategy, the construction of Lu Ban Workshops urgently requires a composite type of teachers who are proficient in professional teaching and can also master foreign languages proficiently. Based on the EPIP(Engineering Practice Innovation Project) and CLIL(Content and Language Integrated Learning) teaching models, this article constructs a core literacy system for "bilingual and dual-teacher" teachers covering four dimensions: professional teaching, bilingual application,cross-cultural communication, and professional development, and clearly defines the corresponding construction goals. On this basis, it proposes a systematic training path that focuses on consolidating practical teaching ability through project leadership, honing professional teaching ability through bilingual integration, expanding teaching adaptability through cross-cultural adaptation, and stimulating teachers' autonomous development ability through continuous reflection. This scheme provides a relatively complete theoretical framework and practical reference for the construction of teachers in Lu Ban Workshops.
