建筑业转型升级下的校企合作新模式探索

摘要:

文章提出一种在建筑业转型升级过程中校企合作的新模式,该模式由建筑企业出资设立研究院,高校教师参与建设运营,通过组织架构设置、管理制度建设、人才队伍建设、人才培养模式改革和绩效评估等创新,促进企业按预期完成转型升级,高校专业建设取得预期效果。学校层面的改革打破了传统高校课堂教学形式,通过为学生定制专业特色课程,让学生参与企业的科技研发任务,学生将在研究院内完成专业课程学习,可有效推动学生有目的的学习,取得预期学习效果。企业层面的改革推动了科技研发工作有组织的开展,通过在绿色低碳建筑和建筑机器人等新兴研究方向布局,提升了企业的科技成果产出数量和质量,获得良好的社会效益。

Abstract:

This paper proposes a new model of school-enterprise cooperation in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in the construction industry. The model is for enterprises to set up research institutes and university teachers to participate in the construction and operation. Through innovations in organizational structure, management system construction, talent team building, reform of talent training mode,and performance evaluation, the model is expected to help enterprises achieve their transformation upgrading goals as planned, and for the professional construction of universities to achieve the expected results. The reform at the school level breaks the traditional classroom teaching mode and customizes specialized courses for students by involving them in the enterprise's scientific and technological research tasks. Students will complete their professional course learning at the research institute, which can effectively promote students' goal-oriented learning and achieve the expected learning outcomes. The reform at the enterprise level has driven the organized development of scientific and technological research work, and by laying out in emerging research directions such as green and low-carbon buildings and construction robots, it has increased the quantity and quality of the enterprise's scientific and technological achievements, which can bring about good social benefits.
