腰麻术后常见的并发症是头痛,而头痛的原因往往与硬膜穿破有关。通过对2016年襄阳职业技术学院附属医院麻醉科实施的1例行腰麻—硬膜外联合麻醉手术的患者术后头痛的治疗与观察,合理使用硬膜外自体血补丁的方法对改善腰麻后头痛症状有良好效果,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract：The common complication of lumbar surgery is headache, and the cause of headache is often related to the rupture of the hard membrane. Based on the postoperative headache treatment and observation of 1 patient undergoing lumbar epidural combined anesthesia surgery in the Department of Anesthesiology,Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College in 2016, the rational use of epidural autologous blood patch method has good effect to improve the symptoms of headache after lumbar anesthesia,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
