襄阳职业技术学院学报

通过在襄阳市襄州区、宜城市、南漳县、保康县的部分乡村调研发现,乡村振兴农民合作社是高质量发展的中坚力量。当前襄阳市农民合作社在高质量发展中,存在人力资源匮乏、社会化服务责任主体不明确、服务主体意识和能力不强、农民合作社服务体系有缺环和地域差等问题。针对问题,提出强化领导班子建设、创新教育培育理念、强化村级服务作用、补齐服务体系的缺环等合理建议。

In the first half of 2021, through surveys in some villages in Xiangzhou District, Yicheng City,Nanzhang County, and Baokang County, it is found that revitalizing the high-quality development of rural farmer cooperatives is the backbone of the high-quality development of farmers' cooperatives in Xiangyang City. There are four outstanding problems: lack of human resources; the subject of social service responsibility is not clear;the consciousness and ability of the service subject is not strong; the service system of farmer cooperatives is lacking and geographically poor. In response to these problems, through investigations, corresponding reasonable suggestions are put forward in the paper.
