文章问卷调查了襄阳职业技术学院2011级至2013级不同专业的高职学生369名,通过了解高职学生的入党动机,分析了动机背后的各种原因,提出了应对策略,旨在帮助大学生培养正确的人生观和价值观,引导他们端正入党动机,构建与时俱进的高校党建体系。
Abstract：Questionnaire survey was conducted among a total of 369 students from the year 2011 to 2013 in Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College. The paper discusses the motives of vocational college students' applying for Party membership, analyzes the various reasons and puts forward the corresponding strategies to foster college students' correct outlook on life and sense of worth and guide them to possess positive motives to join the party.
