2019年2月中共中央、国务院发布的《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》给跨境电商行业带来了新的机遇和挑战。基于区域经济发展新趋势，结合大湾区跨境电商行业发展现状，文章对高职院校跨境电商专业人才培养现状进行深入分析，特别是对后疫情时代跨境电商专业人才如何服务区域经济发展进行研究，并对人才培养模式提出建议。

In February 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the cross-border e-commerce industry. Based on the new trend of regional economic development, combined with the development status of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Bay Area, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of cross-border e-commerce professional training in vocational colleges, especially on how cross-border e-commerce professionals serve the regional economic development in the post epidemic era, and puts forward suggestions on the talent training model.
