“实验诊断学”是高等中医药院校临床医学类专业本科生从基础医学过渡到临床医学的“桥梁”和“纽带”。新医科作为医学教育改革的重要方向之一，是强调以学生为中心、以能力培养为核心的教育理念。文章以“实验诊断学”教学大纲为依据，挖掘和凝练出中国精神、职业精神、榜样精神和个人素养四个思政目标元素，并融入教学过程。制定“实验诊断学”思政元素表并建立思政案例资源库。在教学目标、教学内容、教学形式、评价方法等方面形成完整体系，增强育人实效，全面系统地推动课程思政建设，从而更好地满足学生的发展需要。

Laboratory diagnostics is the "bridge" and "link" between basic medicine and clinical medicine for all undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. As one of the important directions of medical education reform, the new medical department emphasizes the educational concept of student-centered and ability training. Colleges and universities carry out ideological and political courses, aiming to guide students to establish the correct "three views" and promote students' continuous growth and success. In this way, medical education will be more practice-oriented, innovative and internationalized.Based on the syllabus of experimental diagnostics, this paper consciously excavates the ideological and political elements in it, integrates them into the teaching process, and excavates and condenses the four ideological and political goal elements of Chinese spirit, professional spirit, exemplary spirit and personal quality.Formulate a list of ideological and political elements in experimental diagnostics and establish a resource library of ideological and political cases. A complete system should be formed in terms of teaching objectives, teaching content,teaching forms, evaluation methods, etc. so as to enhance the effectiveness of educating people and comprehensively and systematically promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, so as to better meet the development needs of students.
