文章以D社区退休老人社会适应性提升项目为基础,对社区退休老人进行了基本调查,分析了退休对其影响与社会适应问题。利用小组工作的方法,针对低龄退休老人开展提升社会适应能力小组活动,试图探索出一条能有效解决此类问题的小组工作介入路径。

With the change of basic contradiction and the deepening of aging in our country, the retirement life of retired old people is gradually concerned by the society. Based on the project of social adaptability improvement of retired old people in community D, this paper makes a basic survey of retired old people in community D, analyzes the impact of retirement on them and social adaptability. In addition, using the method of group work, aiming at retirement The old people have carried out group activities to enhance their social adaptability,trying to explore an effective way to solve such problems in group work, so as to add more rich colors to the retired life of the retired old people.
