襄阳职业技术学院学报

特殊儿童家长面临着焦虑、怀疑、自责、无助、幻想等心理困境,经济与精神压力大、家庭矛盾多、个人心理冲突、社会接纳不够、融合教育师资缺乏是造成家长心理困境的主要因素。完善残疾人教育及康养相关保障制度,组建专业化心理干预团队,开设特殊儿童家长培训学校,搭建助人自助的心理咨询服务平台,实施生命至上的社会关怀引导,参与教育康复的专项体验,推进心理相融的团体辅导等,是特殊儿童家长心理困境干预的有效对策。

Parents of special children are faced with psychological difficulties such as anxiety, doubt, selfblame, helplessness and fantasy. Economic and mental pressure, family conflicts, personal psychological conflicts, lack of social acceptance and lack of integrated education teachers are the main factors that cause parents' psychological difficulties. We should improve the security system related to the education and health care for disabled people, establish a professional psychological intervention team, and set up parents' training school, building a self-help psychological consultation service platform, implementing the guidance of life first social care,participating in the special experience of education and rehabilitation, and promoting the group counseling of psychological integration, which are effective countermeasures to intervene in the psychological difficulties of parents of special children.
